On our workshop pages, we describe materials, fill quantities, and proper day-to-day use. Compare at your leisure, read reviews, and make your choice.
Order
You settle the amount by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Right after ordering, we will send you a confirmation with your order number.
Dispatch
If your order arrives before the daily cutoff, we carefully pack the goods on the same business day and hand them over insured with tracking.
Use and return
Please review the enclosed instructions. If anything does not meet your expectations, we take the item back within 14 days under our return terms.

how do i choose the right silicone tipEach device comes with several silicone tips in three sizes. Choose the one that seals the ear canal without noticeable pressure to prevent feedback. You can clean the tips at any time with warm water.
what is the hearing aid casing made ofWe manufacture the outer shell from impact-resistant ABS plastic that withstands sweat and contact. The earpieces sitting in the ear are made entirely of skin-friendly silicone without plasticizers.
how do i clean the ear tips properlyCarefully pull the silicone tip off the sound tube and rinse it with lukewarm water. Allow the material to air dry completely before reattaching it to the housing.
