We only accept returns at the workshop address provided to you after you contact us; please do not send packages unannounced to any other address.

To make a purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old. Our devices and care products are intended for private, non-commercial daily use unless agreed otherwise in writing. If information remains unclear, items are out of stock, or there are reasonable doubts regarding legality, we reserve the right to decline, reduce, or cancel orders; any payments made will be refunded promptly in such cases.

All amounts are quoted in EUR. Shipping costs are clearly presented at checkout before you complete your purchase. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch and offer you the choice to confirm the order at the adjusted price or cancel it at no cost.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

For shipments within Germany, statutory VAT is already included in the prices where applicable. If a parcel is sent outside Germany, the destination country determines any customs duties and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient. If a shipment is rejected at customs, we treat it as a return and deduct the incurred shipping costs from the refund amount.

We provide you with Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We do not store any card details or online banking login details on our website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your purchase offer becomes binding once you complete checkout. You will then receive a confirmation email with an order number; the purchase contract is considered concluded once we dispatch the finished goods and notify you of shipment. Until this point, we reserve the right to decline the order and refund any amounts already received.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Orders with failed or incomplete payment will not be processed. If you chose cash on delivery and do not accept the package or refuse delivery, the shipment will be returned to us and the order will be canceled.

Use each device and care product strictly as described in the enclosed instructions, on the product labeling, and on our workshop page. Keep all parts away from children unless specifically intended for them. Our photos show the actual items; slight differences in color tone may occur due to screen settings and do not constitute a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Always store the items according to the instructions on the box. If an expiration date or best-before date is printed, do not continue using the product after that date. Please separate and dispose of used boxes, filters, and old devices in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibility for the package remains with us until the courier delivers it to you or an authorized recipient at the specified address; upon delivery, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Please report any externally visible transit damage within 48 hours by sending clear photos to [email protected]. Please double-check your address carefully when ordering: if a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to collect it, we will deduct the postage costs from your refund amount.

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the guidelines on our returns page. Please request a return authorization number in advance and use only the address provided for the return. We will refund the purchase price of the goods; initial shipping costs will only be credited if the return is due to an error on our part or a defect. Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected.

Our devices and care products match the descriptions on their respective pages and leave our facility free of manufacturing defects. Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). The limitation period for statutory warranty claims for new goods is 24 months from receipt of the goods. For sound amplifiers and electronic care components, the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and functioning, but excludes normal wear and tear of ear cushions, cables, or improper exposure to moisture. If a factory defect appears during the statutory warranty period in your country, we will repair the item, replace it, or refund the purchase price after thorough inspection. Normal wear and tear, improper handling, and damage occurring after delivery are not covered by this warranty.

It is prohibited to misuse our workshop site for fraudulent orders, compromise its technical systems, harvest customer data, or post unlawful, misleading, or disruptive content. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to block your access.

Dailyveronafx Manufaktur GmbH is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited in amount to the typical, foreseeable damage at the time the contract was concluded, up to a maximum of the total value of the respective order or an amount of 100,00 €. In cases of injury to life, body, or health, as well as damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, our liability is unlimited, as in all cases of mandatory statutory liability. For all other damages, our obligation to pay compensation is limited to losses that were typical for the contract and reasonably foreseeable.

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your provision of unlawful content, to the extent provided by law.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence remain unaffected by this choice of law. If an issue cannot be resolved through personal discussion, the competent court at our company headquarters remains available; consumers can always assert their rights before the courts of their own country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection regulations at your place of residence remain fully effective.

We are entitled to assign rights and obligations under this agreement to a successor of our workshop operations, provided this does not diminish your legal position. You may transfer your own rights under this contract to third parties only with our written permission.

If any individual provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining agreements remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally sound rule that comes closest to the intended commercial purpose.

If these guidelines are violated, we reserve the right to close a customer account or decline new orders. Deliveries that have already left our workshop remain unaffected.
